Design a three input circuit whose output is
high when odd number of inputs is high.

required to design a synchronous sequential circuit, design a sequential
circuit which samples an input line X(H) three times on each rising edge of
system clock (CLK). This system is to generate an output Y(H) only if sequence
110 is detected. The circuit returns to initial state on the rising edge of the
third clock pulse.
