d)    What is contract of  indemnity?

e)    Define principle and agency.

f)     Who is a sib-agent?

g)    Distinguish between a sale and an agreement to sell.

h)    Explain the term ‘Caveat Emptor’.

i)      What is partnership deed?

j)     Define nominal partner.

2.     ‘All contracts are agreements but all agreements are not contracts”. Discuss.

3.     Explain the various ways in which a contract  may be said to discharged.

4.      Define unpaid seller. What are the rights of an unpaid seller?

5.     Explain the doctrine of ‘caveat emptor’ . discuss the cases in which the rule of caveat emptor does not apply.

6.     Define Partnership. Explain the essential elements of partnership.

7.     Explain the various ways in which a partnership firm may be siddplved.
