4. What is meant by 'wastage and
stagnation' ?
After discussion with parents and
teachers, you would have felt about various factors which cause wastage and
stagnation. On the basis of discussion, prepare a report of various factors
causing, "wastage and
stagnation" and suggest remedial measures to overcome wastage and stagnation.
