Explain individualized instruction.
Discuss individualized instructional methods used in teaching of Social Studies, with suitable examples.
OR
Explain the concept of 'Cultural
Heritage'. Develop an instructional strategy for teaching this topic to class IXth
students including teaching points, specific instructional objectives, instructional
activities and evaluation questions.
2. Answer the following question in
about 600 words :
What is the significance of
maintenance of Environmental Balance ? Discuss Human Being as a part of the
Environment.

Discuss the role of Instructional
Media in Social Studies.
3. Answer any four of the following questions in about 150 words each.
(a) Describe in brief the reasons for
the decline of Harappan Culture.
(b) Differentiate between formative
and summative evaluation.
(c) What were the major reasons for introduction
of English Education during the British Rule ?
(d) What is the importance of Equator
and Prime Median ?
(e) Mention the main factors which led
to the growth of Indian Nationalism.
(f) Discuss the various types of soils
in India.
4. Answer the following question in
about 600 words :
You were asked by your Principal to
make a survey in the community and class and prepare a report on "why a
large forest resource is not fully utilized ? " What reasons came to the
forefront ? What suggestions would you like to give ?
