Section - A
1. Attempt any four of the following:-
a) Explain void and illegal contracts.
b) Differentiate between offer and invitation to offer.
c) Discuss the meaning of sub-agent and substituted agent.
d) Explain the process of RTI.
e) Who is 'Consumer' according to Consumer Protection Act, 1986?
f) What remedies are available to the aggravated party on the breach of contract?
Section - B
II. ‘A strange to consideration can sue but a stranger to contract cannot sue'. Do you agree? Explain.
III. Who is competent to contract? State the position of contracts with Minor.
IV. State when a consent is not said to be free? Distinguish between coercion and undue influence.
V. Enumerate the rules regarding communication of offer and acceptance.
